The paint appears to be old but not original. Has been re-painted long ago.
Some crazing throughout.
There is some light rust around edges.
The rear of the plate does have surface rust.
No rust holes or thin spots
This is a used antique plate.
It's not perfect.
Plates have not been cleaned. That is up to the buyer.
