It’s is for an Antique or Vintage Pair of Ideal Wool Felt Spats. Black Or Dark Gray in color. I’m going to gues by the ankle size they’re for a woman. Leather strap with zip up sides and a button at the end of the zipper that buttons to the leather strap. Zippers work well and as they should. In good vintage condition. No rips or tears and the stitching all looks good. Laying flat they measure approximately 9”x5”.
