You are bidding on a beautiful booklet.  This was printed in 1994. There is minor wear and is in excellent condition. There is a line of slight sun fading around the edge of the front cover.  There is also a tiny nick on the front and back cover.  This is from a hobby shop that closed and it never sold.  It has been stored in a non-smoking household.  Please review the pictures.
