Offered for your consideration is a pair of antique signed Victorian French   steel shoe buckles.     They measure 2 3/4" wide x 1 3/4" tall.
The back bar is marked "FRANCE".  There are no missing pieces and their condition is excellent.
Be sure to look at my other antique shoe buckles on auction.  They all came from the same Estate.
