1978 13 cent Centennial of Carl Sandburg's Birth
1978 13 cent Tribute to Jimmie Rodgers "Father of Country Music"
1989 25 cent Celebrating the Bicentennial of Congress & US House of Representatives
1989 25 cent Celebrating the Bicentennial of the Executive Branch of Government ( Does have an "8" written in pencil under the postmark)
Envelopes are in good condition free from tears & bends.  Some may have a bit of discoloration from age.  Please see photos.
