This is a Great, Rare, Early pair of US Marine Corps men
's military uniform heavy winter socks
. These wonderful Old pieces have a Great, Early design, are made of Wool knit, from the Estate Archive of Richard H. Silvola,
Original, Vintage pieces, from the World War I era, and are Rare to Find.
Richard H. Silvola
: served in the US Marine Corps for 10 years, including service in World War I and the "China Marines" in Peking.
Later, he served 5 terms in the Minnesota State House of Representatives.
These have no marked Size, but actually measure approx. 9" from heel to toe and 13.5" from heel to top.
These appear to be in Very Good, Solid condition, with No mothing.
